Richmond Inn Policies
Room Prices are based on double-occupancy
Extra person in room $20.00/ night
We may be able to accomodate Service Animals with prior arrangements and a $25 Fee
North Carolina Room Tax add'l 9.75%

We know there are times when commitments cannot be kept.   Since we are a small family inn, we rely mainly on advance reservations and cancellations cannot be readily filled.  So to be fair to all concerned, please observe the following.
- We require 10 day notice for a cancellation, or a $75 no show fee will be charged.
- We accept payment by cash, travelers check, Visa or MasterCard. 

 

Check-In Time: 4:00 pm (Early Check-in by prior arrangement only)
Check-Out Time: 11:00 am

The Richmond Inn is open year-round.

 

When submitting an inquiry, please indicate any special requirements, service animals accompanying you, dietary restrictions or other information which will help us make your stay exceptional.  We will try to accommodate most requests where possible.

Reservations

Your Reservation will not be complete until you receive a CONFIRMATION NUMBER in a separate email! If you have not received your confirmation number within approximately 48 hours of submission, please call us at 828-765-6993!
